Free viability study & report

To carry out an initial survey, all we need is a rough idea of the energy you currently use (from an electricity bill), what hours the property is in use, your address and we'll do the rest. From aerial images of the property we can assess the suitability of different systems by viewing the orientation of buildings on the site and measuring the available space.

Farm-Solar-PV-ReportThe tailor-made reports are carried out by MCS (Microgeneration Certification Scheme) accredited surveyors and take about two working days to prepare. The reports are delivered by Email in PDF format.

They aim to give you unbiased information on the viability of installing solar panels on your farm and the options available to you, whether you fund the project or sign up for free solar panel systems.

The report is comprehensive and should cover any questions you may have regarding the installation, efficiency and use of the panels. Specifically, the report will comprise the following details:

  • An aerial image to confirm the location and layout of the property.
  • Details of system recommended for your energy usage, location and space availability.
  • Details of the power and capabilities of the system.
  • An approximate calculation of possible energy savings a solar system would afford.
  • Average C02 savings your system would generate.
  • Approximate cost of installation (if the farm were to purchase the units).
  • Viability for the free solar panel scheme.
